“I felt like cleaning things up” – Arshdeep Singh reveals why he deleted PBKS-related content from his Instagram handle

Punjab Kings (PBKS) star pacer Arshdeep Singh hogged the limelight after the recently concluded IPL 2026 season when he cleaned up his Instagram handle, deleting a lot of important pictures and reels involving his franchise and the T20 World Cup 2026 campaign.

With this ace, Arshdeep raised a lot of doubts among the Indian cricketing fraternity. Speaking on Krishnank Atrey’s YouTube channel, Arshdeep has decided to clear all doubts, stating that he felt like cleaning things up. However, he clarified that it’s just about his mood.

“IPL had ended and I felt like cleaning things up, so I was properly clearing everything out. I mean, people make an issue out of it, asking why I removed the videos and what happened to Arshdeep’s Instagram account, why he changed it overnight. But it’s nothing like that, bro. I just felt like removing them, so I did. If I feel like it, I’ll put them back. It’s just about my mood. Whenever I feel like it, I post something,” Arshdeep Singh said on Krishnank Atrey’s YouTube channel.

Moreover, Arshdeep also disclosed that he shares a lot of memes with his group of friends, including Ravi Bishnoi, Jitesh Sharma and Avesh Khan. Arshdeep had a disappointing IPL 2026 season, picking up only 14 wickets from 14 innings at an average of 38.64 with the best figures of 3/22.

“There’s a group consisting of Ravi Bishnoi, Jitesh Sharma, Avesh Khan and me. The four of us have been close since we were newly selected for the Indian team. So whenever something funny happens, like someone says something in an interview that later backfires and memes are made about it, we keep sending those memes to each other,” he added.
